I agree with other reviewers. This app is garbage. If youre new to this app I guess you dont know what a bunch of crock it is now. The previous version had the virtual try-on ALL in-app. You could easily see many different glasses, make adjustments, create new models. This new app just links you to glasses.com and requires you to give up your email address to view your model. Once you do this youll get access to the virtual try-on but dont expect it to be user-friendly. You cant easily adjust the fit and a lot of the glasses you see will just be a block picture of the glasses over your face. I literally laughed out loud every time I saw this failure. Dont care much for this company anymore. I thought that this app was a game changer for online glasses shopping but I guess their business priorities changed. Unfortunately, those changes dont inspire customer loyalty when you sub a great service for an inferior one. Would never recommend this to anyone. Was embarrassed when I recommended this app to a friend and found that they changed the app. If youre desperate for online glasses this service might be better than nothing but my advice...just go to a local eyeglass shop.

I used to love this app. Showed it to everyone to show of what you could do to try on glasses. Now I will delete it. You got my email now. Let me know when you reverse update it.

I loved the idea of being able to virtually try on glasses. I had success with creating my "model" for my account, but that was the extent of the capabilities of the app. I was then redirected to the mobile site, which was a bit of a flop. Ive already deleted this app. It doesnt deliver on what it says it can do.

I felt compelled to leave one. Awful app.

This was amazing before the overhaul. Everything that made the previous version great is nowhere to be seen currently. Why ruin what was a perfectly useful app?

At one point this was one of the most helpful apps on my phone. Now it is just a waste of memory. You cant even browse the selection of glasses. The app is literally only used to take a 3D still of your face and then immediately redirects you to their website. What complete garbage this has become.

This app used to work so incredibly well that all the tech podcasts were featuring it. Now it is nothing but a camera to take a couple different angle shots of your head and dump you to their web site. Very disappointing. My quess is that Apple was getting greedy and trying to take their cut of sales generated by the app.

Used to be a great app.. Now itll just redirect you to their website where the virtual try on isnt available for any model... However, the link to buy it now works just fine

Dont waste your time! This app is just going to capture your email (Im sure to send me junk mail later), take a 3D photo of your head (which is cool) BUT... after you go through all that work, it exits you out of the app and sends you to their website - which isnt mobile friendly and wont let you use your 3D photo! You cant even enter your prescription online. You have to call them... What decade is this?

I have NEVER had the urge to write a review. This is my 1st. Im not one to complain, but this app is definitely no longer worth the download. Hope whoever has any power to make a change is reading this and fixes this app. I had this app a while ago and it was great! Whatever you all did please fix it soon. I see that this hasnt been fixed for months now!?! Can you imagine the loss in revenue based on loss of your previous technology? Get back to where you where with this app ASAP please.

After following the instructions to record your face, it does nothing more than take you right back to the home screen. Useless.

Waste of time, takes you to their website and you cant even use the model you make to try on glasses. Whats the point?

Shame shame Now it wont stop crashing

Plain and simple, all the negative feedback as everyone else. The app was the best, now Im ashamed to use it.

This is the only company I will order my glasses from. The app was awesome and the customer service was something Ive never seen before. But what happened to the app? It was amazing and now it brings you to the website and its not the same. Please find a way to bring it back. Michael - loyal customer

This app only pretends to work so that they can get your email. After that, it literally does nothing except open glasses.com in Safari. Waste of time, waste of space. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
