The virtual try on worked the very first time I tried it but never again. Gave it 1 star because I like the idea

Keeps crashing half way through recording model.

New update still doesnt do anything but record a model. The description of the app is false and models, though they appear in web browsers, never load while perusing glasses. Doesnt work on my iPhone 6s running iOS 9.1. To be more specific, I was able to create a model, but then you are directed to the glasses.com website to shop. My custom model doesnt appear, nor do any options for it on the mobile Safari browser. On a MacBook, the options are there, but my custom model never loads (tried for well over an hour), I only see blue and orange dots going back and forth implying something is loading (on both Safari and Firefox).

Downloaded app, recorded model,logged into website to shop only to see black boxes where the glasses would go on the face. Ridiculous, completely not worth the time or effort. Great idea but VERY poorly executed.

Awesome app

I downloaded the app yesterday. After taking video of my face, the app stops working. I ve tried this with WiFi and 3G, it s al the same.

Used to be good. But now: total crap.

This app used to be good when everything was done through the app. Now you make the model and it transfers you to a separate website. Why change something that isnt broken?

Creating your 3d model is easy and intuitive. You are then redirected to their website to find glasses to try on. Its a shame its not more clear that you have to login to the website, then open the menu, choose "my account", then choose "my virtual try on". The biggest problem is when you first get to the site the sign in screen is broken and impassable. You just need to type glasses.com into the address bar then find the login in the menu system. Its very clunky but once I got it to work I spent an hour "trying on frames" lol! Hope the developers see this and fix the issues by making it a native app experience.

This app doesnt work at all. I do what they say. but it doesnt work.

The app lets you create a model of your head which looks and works great. It shows you the model it creates with glasses on and its impressive. Then you get excited to see other glasses on your face and it just redirects you to the website. It gets your hopes up then disappoints. Dont waste your time with this app.

Now is a USELESS app! Fix the app already! Used to be a great app. Ive imaged myself 4X now and all it does is send me to your website to look at glasses. Where is my image???

And all the goodness was destroyed. Who pushed the dev to get this out? That person better not be looking for someone to blame.

This used to be a great app. One of those "must haves" you would show & tell all your friends about. I also used it to get my last pairs of glasses and it was very helpful. Now however, it deleted my past models and only takes me to your website. Even after I create a new model, it doesnt take me to your website with my model already signed in and wearing glasses, no, just your website. This is a huge disappointment from your last version that was so great. If you want people to go to your website have a "purchase now" button in the app AFTER they can use their model to try on glasses in the app. If you create an app that only takes people directly to your website, you havent made an app just a link. I hope you guys scrap this version and go back to the old one, cause Ive had this app for years on my phone, but if you dont fix it then its getting deleted. Its just really disappointing to us the end users when something that was so good is changed to something so lame. This would have been a 5 star review of your last version, but now if I could give negative stars I would.

Nothing in app. Camera was super dark, then in virtual tryon its just a black box around the glasses and my neck and hair showing. Disappointing.

What happened? Why would you decide to make a perfectly working app, and make it not work? You used to be able to generate your "model" and virtually try on glasses. It was amazing to see how the app put glasses on your face so realistically. Now you can generate your model, but you cant do anything with it. The app claims to send the model in an email, but Ive done it twice and still havent received any email (checked spam, of course). Unless you resurrect the old features, I see no reason to keep the app on my phone.

The app doesnt appear to work. This is a complete waste of my time. Zero stars if it would let me.
